Who we are
A property company built on institutional strength
Teachers Fund Properties Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teachers' Fund, the collective investment scheme of members of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT).
Established in 2006 to hold and manage the Fund's real estate investments more efficiently, the company has supervised the construction and completion of GNAT Heights, TF Hostel and the North Ridge offices, and manages them for long-term value.
To provide hassle-free and quality accommodation and real estate services to our clientele. In doing so, we seek to apply the highest level of professionalism, skill and creativity whilst providing effective solutions at least cost.
