Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Teachers Fund Properties Ltd ("TF Properties", "we") handles personal information collected through this website, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

When you submit a contact or enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organisation (if given), the property and enquiry type, and your message. We also record the date and time of submission and the IP address it came from, to protect the website against abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your message or enquiry, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to protect the website from spam and misuse. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is available to authorised TF Properties staff. Email notifications are delivered through our email service provider, and our website and data are hosted with a cloud infrastructure provider; both process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for our reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us using the details on our Contact page.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work (for example, to keep staff signed in to the content management area). We do not use advertising cookies. The maps on our Contact and property pages are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when a map loads; Google's privacy policy explains how Google uses them.
