Property Development
We develop office, hostel, conference and other commercial facilities. Construction is contracted to specialist construction firms, while TF Properties provides project management and quality assurance from inception to completion.
Our track record includes GNAT Heights, TF Hostel (James Topp Nelson Yankah Hall) and the North Ridge offices.
Property & Facilities Management
Our properties are let on the basis of careful tenant assessment — reputation, ability to pay and other parameters — to minimise risk.
