On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to Teachers Fund Properties Ltd.
TF Properties was established in 2006 so that the real estate investments of Teachers Fund could be held and managed more efficiently. The Board reports directly to the Board of Trustees of Teachers Fund, our sole shareholder, and our first responsibility is to the teachers whose Fund we serve: to hold their real estate with care and manage it for long-term value.
Since its establishment, the company has supervised the construction and completion of GNAT Heights, TF Hostel and the North Ridge offices. The Board will continue to see that these properties are well governed and well maintained, and that new developments are undertaken only where they are consistent with the investment objectives we set.
On behalf of the Board, I thank our tenants, residents and partners for their confidence, and Management and staff for their dedication.
