About TF Properties
Who We Are
Teachers Fund Properties Ltd (TF Properties) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teachers' Fund, a collective investment scheme of registered members of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT).
TF Properties was registered on 28 November 2006 as a private limited liability company by the Registrar-General, in accordance with the Companies Act, 1963. Its authorised business is real estate development and management services.
The company was established as a result of the Fund's ambition to provide competitive investment returns to members whose funds are committed to its investments over their working lives. Before TF Properties was established, the Fund's real estate investments were held as a distinct asset class within its portfolio. For strategic reasons, the Board of Trustees approved the establishment of a dedicated entity to hold and manage these investments more efficiently.
Since its establishment, TF Properties has supervised the construction and completion of three major commercial properties: GNAT Heights, TF Hostel and the North Ridge offices.
