In accordance with its Regulations and with the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Teachers Fund Properties Ltd is authorised to carry on the following business:

• Acquisition, development, rental, management and disposal of landed property
• Acting as estate agents

Governance

The Board of Directors of TF Properties reports directly to the Board of Trustees of Teachers Fund, our 100% shareholder, which in turn reports to the GNAT National Council, the highest decision-making body of Teachers Fund. The Management Team implements the decisions of the Board of Directors.
